A 30 year fixed rate loan has a rate of 4.375% with 1.690% points with closing costs of $4127 for a total of $7,085 due at closing. The final APR is 4.632% with a monthly payment of $874. The rate of 4.500% with 1.014% points with closing costs of $4127 for a total of $5,902 due at closing. The final APR is 4.699% with a monthly payment of $887.

If you’re looking for some great holiday savings to help pad your bank accounts in the months to come then you’ll be happy to know that many retailers are bringing Christmas savings opportunities to consumers in July.

For instance, Sears is offering shoppers a bonus of 3 percent on the funds saved in store accounts between now and Nov. 15.
