Slovak Savings Bank has quite a deal on 24- and 30-month CD rates for Pennsylvania savers. 
It’s paying 1.91% APY for 24-month CDs, and 2.11% for 30-month CDs. Both require a $500 minimum deposit.

If you already have an account of some kind at Slovak Savings Bank, you can buy these certificates of deposit through the mail.
But if you’re a new customer you must make the purchase in person at the bank’s single office, 2470 California Ave. in Pittsburgh.
